Radiologie

Radiology is the use of x-rays and other imaging methods in medicine for diagnosis and treatment. Some of the methods used for diagnosis and treatment are ultrasound, computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), nuclear medicine methods, and some other methods using mammography.

While the use of these methods for diagnostic purposes is in the form of utilizing the images obtained in the detection of diseases, the use of these methods for treatment is to ensure that some surgical procedures are performed with less damage thanks to imaging methods. Radiology is divided into two main headings. These are “Diagnostic Radiology” and “Radiotherapy”. Some radiological methods are given below.
